Each of our pets are assigned to a groomer to help provided you with a personal one-on-one experience. This also helps your pet relax and enjoy his special pampering. Price is subject to change with different groomers.

 

 

 

        Policies And Procedures

 

* Please do not let your pet potty with in the facility.Leashing, crateing, or holding your pet will help prevent this accident.

 

*Drop - Off Policy:We will try to accommodate your time to the best of our ability. Most grooms take 1-3 hours. We will call as soon as your pet is done. ; If there is no contact you are still responsible. There is no charge if your groomer is running behind schedule. Your groomer is allowed to add sitting fees if the pick-up time is abused. After 6:00 pm, we do reserve the right to board you pet for the night at a charge of $18 added to your grooming service.

 

*Rescheduling Policy: All appointments must be rescheduled after 15 minutes of being late. The groomers do have a right to decline your appointment even if you are present at the facility past your appointment time.

 

 

 

*We do reserve the right to muzzle or noose your pet to prevent them from harming themselves or the groomers.

 

*All Pets must be kenneled during their stay therefore all shots must be current and up to date.

 

*All dogs with fleas must be dipped at your expense.

Our facility is equip to groom most dog breeds and cats.  We have an equip facility to meet the needs of arthritis handicapped or senior pets.

Before your pets grooming session starts, well sit down with you to discuss grooming needs, behavior and health. Then, well create a custom grooming plan for you. We promise a safe and clean environment for all pets, at all times.
