You do understand that any pup purschased for a young child is still the responsibility of the adult. Proper grooming will also keep down on vet bills and parasites. Please do proper reasearch on your new pet. Pet Parlor provides you with a healthy pet. *All pets must be examine by a veternarian within 3 days of purchase to ensure our contracts.
